Processing time: Orders ship within 48 hours of purchase (business days).
Canada:
- Free on orders over $99.00 CAD
- Below $99, shipping is priced by parcel weight: $9.99 up to 1 kg, $12.99 from 1 to 2.5 kg, $16.99 from 2.5 to 5 kg, and $21.99 above 5 kg
- Express delivery is $20.00 CAD
One shipping charge per order, whatever you put in the basket. Your exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship across Canada only at the moment.
Delivery times: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only, not guarantees. LoomSparrow is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.
