About LoomSparrow
What is LoomSparrow?
LoomSparrow is a Canadian family brand making thoughtfully designed bedding and bags for every stage, from nursery to university. Our collections are organized by life stage: NEST (nursery, ages 0–3), GROW (school-age, ages 4–12), and FLY (dorm and university, ages 13+). One brand, every chapter.
Where are you based, and do you ship internationally?
We're based in Ontario, Canada, and we ship across Canada. We are not shipping outside Canada at the moment.
Sizing & Fit
What size bedding do I need for a dorm or university bed?
Most university and college dorm beds use Twin XL (39" x 80"), which is longer than a standard Twin. Our FLY collection dorm bedding is built around this size. Always double check your specific school or residence's bed dimensions before ordering, as sizing can vary slightly by school.
What sizes are currently available?
Our catalog currently includes Twin, Twin XL and Queen sizing across sheet sets, duvet covers, quilt sets, and mattress protectors. Each product page lists the exact size(s) available for that item.
Do you have a size chart?

Materials & Care
What are your products made from?
It varies by product, and I would rather tell you that than give you one tidy answer that is not quite true. The range covers 100% cotton, cotton and polyester blends, polyester fleece, muslin, and polyester blended with rayon from bamboo. Our Hockey Print Flannel Sheet Set is 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton flannel.
Every product page lists the fibre content for that specific item, taken from supplier documentation and the sewn-in label. If a page does not say, email me and I will check it before you buy rather than guess.
How many pillowcases come with a sheet set?
Most of our Twin and Twin XL sets include one pillowcase. The 4-Piece Bedsheet Set includes two. Each product page says exactly what is in the box, and where you see two pillows in a photo, that is styling rather than what ships.
How do I care for my LoomSparrow bedding?
As a general guide: machine wash cold with like colours, and tumble dry on low. Always check the care label on your specific item, as care instructions can vary slightly by fabric and product.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and any additional secure payment options available at checkout, such as digital wallets, shown automatically when you check out.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders ship within 48 hours of being placed, please email support@loomsparrow.ca as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships, but can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Orders ship within 48 hours of being placed, and typically take 3 to 7 business days in transit after that. We ship across Canada only at the moment. Shipping rates:
- Free on orders over $99 CAD.
- Below $99, shipping is priced by the weight of your parcel: $9.99 up to 1 kg, $12.99 from 1 to 2.5 kg, $16.99 from 2.5 to 5 kg, and $21.99 above 5 kg.
- Express delivery is $20 CAD.
You pay one shipping charge per order, whatever you put in the basket. Your exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Transit times are typical estimates and can vary by carrier delays outside our control.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Clearance items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges for a different size or colour are available within the same 30-day window, subject to stock availability.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the cost.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
Email us at support@loomsparrow.ca with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. LoomSparrow Gift Cards are available in $10, $25, $50, and $100 denominations. They're delivered by email so the recipient can shop NEST, GROW, or FLY whenever they're ready.
