Quick answers
- Order dispatch: within 48 hours of you placing it, on business days.
- Returns: 30 days from delivery, unused and unwashed with tags on. Clearance items are final sale.
- Damaged or wrong item: email me with your order number and a photo. I cover the cost of putting it right.
- Sizing: the Size Guide has measurements for every size we carry, taken from our own listings.
- Shipping costs: set out in full on the Delivery & Returns page.
