I aim to reply within one business day. If you have ordered and something is wrong, say so plainly and include your order number. I would much rather fix it than have you write a polite review about it.

LoomSparrow is based in Oakville, Ontario, and everything ships from here. Canadian owned, and run by me.

Quick answers

• Order dispatch: within 48 hours of you placing it, on business days.
• Returns: 30 days from delivery, unused and unwashed with tags on. Clearance items are final sale.
• Damaged or wrong item: email me with your order number and a photo. I cover the cost of putting it right.
• Sizing: the Size Guide has measurements for every size we carry, taken from our own listings.
• Shipping costs: set out in full on the Delivery & Returns page.
